I create contemporary abstract paintings inspired by light, movement, texture, and atmosphere. Through layered washes of water, acrylic inks, and/or fluid acrylics, I explore the space between structure and surrender. As a former engineer, I've spent much of my life seeking precision and predictability. Painting has become a practice in the opposite… learning to release control, embrace uncertainty, and trust what emerges layer by layer.
